After arriving in China, the client discovered some flaws in the printer solution from the supplier he was originally interested in, and subsequently contacted me for help in finding a supplier.

After contacting dozens of factories and conducting communication and screening, we finally selected one and accompanied the client to visit the factory. It was indeed the effect the client wanted.
After the client returned to the United States, we assisted the client in communicating with the manufacturer to achieve a more perfect solution and arranged to send samples for testing.
Once the client confirms the purchase, we assist in negotiating prices and arranging contracts. This saves the client 15% in costs and reduces risk by 50%.
After comparing shipping costs across multiple channels, we found that the full container load option was more cost-effective. We recommended that the customer purchase more consumables that would be used in the short term to maximize space utilization and reduce shipping costs.
We coordinated the delivery dates and shipping arrangements of the four manufacturers and finally completed the shipment.
Packaging Procurement and Design
The client company is an American chain of bubble tea shops and is sourcing packaging for an upcoming promotional campaign. They commissioned us to purchase custom paper cups and plush toys, and requested that we take promotional photos after the products are manufactured.

After comparing prices and testing samples, we finalized the purchase order with the customer.
As soon as production was completed, we had our design team take photos and send them to the client.
After on-site inspection of the bulk goods, transportation was arranged. The event was a great success as the customer received the goods.
